I live in Warwick and now work in Public Relations having previously been employed at Longbridge with MG Rover. I stood for Warwick and Leamington at the 2005 General Election, missing out by just 266 votes. Since then I have had the honour of being re-selected as your Conservative Parliamentary Candidate. I was elected to Warwick District Council in May 2007. I play an active role in our local community, serving as a governor of Myton School and as a trustee of the Warwickshire Association of Youth Clubs. I'm also involved in a number of other local organisations and charities.
Our area has a lot to be proud of and I will be working hard to help improve everyone's quality of life through campaigning for better public services, an NHS run for patients not politicians and a cleaner, greener environment. I want a fairer deal for our older people, better opportunities for our children and safer streets for us all. Warwick and Leamington is a wonderful place to live - but it could be even better.
