Cllr Elizabeth Higgins District and Town Councillor (Warwick West) Elizabeth lives in the heart of Warwick West and after only narrowly failing to be elected the ward's County Councillor in 2005, won seats on both the District and Town councils in the May 2007 local elections. Amongst the many voluntary groups she is involved with is Warwick Townsfolk - the local residents' group that succesfully campaigned for the rejection of the then Labour-controlled Warwickshire County Council's Traffic Management Scheme in 2004.
